Duties & Responsibilities: Study RFQ/tenders in detail to estimate the cost and prepare customer proposals Perform basic engineering calculations and manage initial products design . Understand quality requirements, timeline limitations, and budget requirements of majorprojects Carry out accurate costing of critical major projects. Prepare customer proposal includingprice, delivery and supporting documents per company guidelines. Understand the application of company products to define applicability andsolution recommendations to customers technical problems. Develop and modify costing programs and product presentations Become knowledgeable in commercial terms, payment terms, T&Cs to be able to reviewand/or negotiate a customer order Liaise closely on daily basis with Projects and Engineering teams for execution of orders Collaborating actively with team members to achieve company objectives Skills Required Mechanical Engineering degree 5-8 years experience in technical sales, estimation/costing and product engineering Experience in medium to heavy engineering fabrication companies Experience in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications. Anyexperience in designing, drafting including CAD, MathCAD, FEA is plus Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to review and interpret contract/tender bid specifications and contractual language Ability to perform cost analysis and review quotations Ability to conduct technical and company presentations Proficient in MS office productivity tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

As the DIW & WWT (De-Ionized Water / Wastewater Treatment) Engineer, you will be responsible to provide engineering services and specifications for the planning, design, construction, Start-up, and Commissioning of your discipline specific Facilities systems in support of the project. You will participate in Project Design and Scope Development, Documentation, and Control Change, Vendor Selection, Project Tendering, and onsite Discipline Project Safety, Coordination and Execution for your discipline. Critical metrics include safe delivery of projects to budget and schedule. Responsibilities and tasks: Fully responsible for the management of a project based at a Micron Facility. Primary focal point for project execution for DIW & WWT systems. Responsible for the safe delivery of projects to budget and schedule. Coordinate System Design between Global Facilities Design Team, Global Facilities Construction Team, Local Project Team, AE (Architectural / Engineering), PMC (Project Management Consultancy), GC (Generator Contractor), Contractors, Vendors etc. Lead Operation & Maintenance of Mechanical Equipment after completion of project. Project Budget / Revenue Tracking & Preparation of MIS Documents. Management Discipline Scope Change Process and documentation. Provide Project Procurement Technical Support. Ensure all Project scope is executed to Safety Standards and requirements. Review all Job plans for high risk during construction in discipline related areas /scope. Track and Report progress weekly on Project progress, risk, schedule, cost for Discipline. Oversee Disciplines installation Q&A assurance and Testing and Commissioning Activities. Coordinate and Lead Project Closeout activities for Discipline; Punch listing and verification, Documentation and System Handover. Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution between engineering and construction discipline. Work closely with Teams from Global and Site Facilities, Global EHS, Global Procurement, Corporate Finance as well as external industry agencies and consultants to assure coordination of design and construction with all working groups. After completion of project, Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of water treatment plants Preparation of Preventive Maintenance sheets & Implementation of same Interaction with Govt. Agencies for Monthly Water charges payments, calibration activities. Lead, Identify & Implement water sustainability goals. Preparation of water balance sheets & find opportunities for water saving. Lead, Water MIS reporting & data inputs in various global sustainability tools. Handling of water treatment chemicals adherence to EHS Global inputs. Prepare & track discipline revenue & capex budgets. Lead, complete water flow circuits including Supply water, Wastewater, treated water, Irrigation water schemes. Interpersonal Skills Required: Ability to prioritize and schedule workload and work on multiple tasks concurrently. Good interpersonal skills and Service attitude Excellent communication skills and good team working skills, English required. Self-motivated worker Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing and facilities systems Strong ability in English speaking and writing, be able to communicate with English speaking engineers both verbally and by writing Education Required: Bachelors degree in chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field of study. Masters Degree or equivalent experience desired. Experience Required: Proven experience in DIW & WWT Engineering with a focus on Design and Construction of Semiconductor DIW & WWT Systems Experience Desired: Proven experience in the management of DIW & WWT systems for semiconductor projects and/or other relevant industries is strongly preferred. Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing and facilities systems Strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to visualize issues and communicate them to others. Outstanding organization, coordination, and leadership skills ability to coordinate and motivate groups of Consultants / Contractors.
