Job Description:- Tender Executive (IT Hardware Software Sector) Minimum Exp:- 1 year Experience on GeM Portal Min 1 year We are hiring a Tender Executive with at least 1 year of experience in handling end-to-end tendering processes. The candidate should have good knowledge of IT Hardware/Software, ability to prepare competitive tender documents, and ensure timely submissions. Key Responsibility Identify, evaluate, and filter relevant tenders from portals like GEM, eProcurement, and govt, websites. Prepare and submit complete tender documents, ensuring compliance with all specifications. Handle OEM/Product registration on GEM and coordinate online/offline tender submissions to government bodies. Maintain tender records, handle client communication, and manage post-tender processes like negotiations. Stay updated on industry trends and support management with additional/ad-hoc tasks as needed.
