Job Summary: We're looking for a sales Managers with 3-4 years of experience in the Construction chemical industry, specifically dealing with Waterproofing contractors, Construction sites, Dealers and Consultants. The Ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: - Business Development: Identify and engage with potential customers, including waterproofing contractors and dealers, to promote our Product to construction chemical industry. - Candidate should be Willing to do Cold Calls and do daily meetings with new and regular customers - Travel Should be ready to Travel to different Cities and Abroad for Sales. - Should be looking for upcoming Expos / Exhibitions in Construction and construction chemicals industry and participate in them - Sales Growth: Meet and Exceed sales targets, building strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business. - Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our construction chemical products, including waterproofing solutions. - Market Intelligence: Gather market feedback and competitor information to inform product development and sales strategies. Role & responsibilities Possess strong site management skills to effectively oversee multiple sites. Ensure proper allocation and understanding of upcoming sites. Source and manage teams for efficient site operations. Lead and manage site planning activities. Ensure all sites are delivered on time and according to project specifications. Select appropriate materials based on site requirements to ensure quality and compliance. Resolve ongoing site issues and provide necessary support.
