We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Engineer to oversee multiple construction sites and ensure projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and on time. The role involves site supervision, material selection, team management, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Possess strong site management skills to effectively handle multiple projects. Ensure proper allocation of resources and understanding of upcoming site requirements. Source and manage teams for efficient site operations. Lead and manage project planning and execution activities. Ensure all sites are delivered on time and in compliance with project specifications. Select appropriate materials to meet project standards for quality and compliance. Resolve on-site issues and provide necessary technical support. Manage disputes/conflicts and visit sites when needed to ensure smooth operations. Monitor and oversee technical applications at every stage of the project. Ensure quality standards are maintained; conduct performance testing as required. Maintain daily site reports and necessary project documentation. Efficiently handle multiple projects simultaneously. Take full responsibility for ongoing projects and ensure successful completion. Preferred Candidate Profile: Minimum 1 - 4 years of experience in Epoxy, Waterproofing, and Coating applications. Strong technical knowledge of construction chemicals and site applications. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
