The ideal candidate for this role must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end project implementations within the Retail domain. It is essential to have expertise in EPOS/MPOS/CPOS and a background in offline and online customization and deployment. Familiarity with hardware extension and device integration is crucial for success in this position. Candidates should have a proven track record of working on AX POS customizations in AX Retail implementation projects, including at least one AX retail project implementation with MPOS. A solid understanding of AX Retail architecture and topologies is required, along with experience in Retail POS configurations. Knowledge of D365 Retail architecture and Retail Extension model is highly desirable. Proficiency in Knockout Js, jQuery, Type Script, C#, and MSSQL is essential. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and logical skills, along with expertise in MVVM and MVC. Candidates should have hands-on experience in various domains such as writing TDD, coding, code review, unit testing, and bug fixing. Familiarity with Microsoft Life Cycle Services (LCS) & VSTS is mandatory for this role. Effective time management, prioritization, and clear communication skills are essential qualities for this position. The candidate should demonstrate strong communication abilities and adeptness in team management. Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally is required. Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to engage with clients are key attributes for this role. Possessing a work visa for Canada and/or the US would be advantageous.,
