We are searching for an experienced OneStream Developer to create, develop, and maintain OneStream XF solutions that cater to the financial planning, consolidation, and reporting requirements of the entire enterprise. Your role will demand robust technical and analytical skills, along with practical expertise in working with the OneStream platform. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing OneStream solutions like workflows, business rules, dashboards, cube views, and reports. You will be tasked with establishing and managing data integrations between OneStream and source systems such as ERPs and Data Warehouses. Configuring metadata, data models, and security roles within the OneStream platform will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will write and troubleshoot VB.NET business rules and custom calculations, support financial close and planning cycles by automating tasks, validating data, and optimizing performance, and collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications. Furthermore, you will be expected to develop and implement unit, system, and user acceptance test plans, provide continuous maintenance and enhancements to OneStream applications, and document technical designs, processes, and user guides. In your day-to-day activities, you will be involved in writing or updating VB.NET business rules, developing or modifying cube views, dashboards, or Quick Views, creating data integrations using OneStream connectors or custom scripts, participating in design sessions and sprint planning meetings, performing code reviews, and optimizing scripts for performance and maintainability. You will also be responsible for running tests and deploying changes to development, test, and production environments. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in EPM development, with at least 1 year focused on OneStream. Proficiency in VB.NET, SQL, and scripting languages used within OneStream, a deep understanding of financial processes like FP&A, consolidation, and financial reporting, experience in integrating OneStream with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday, as well as strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are essential. Holding a OneStream certification (Platform or Specialty) would be an added advantage. EPBCS: Exposure to end to end Implementation experiences in EPBCS for FP&A Experience in any of these modules in EPM would be a bonus: EDMCS, Narrative Reporting & ARCS Able to work on changes/enhancements to introduce/modify business rules, data load rule, mappings, forms, and any other configurational changes in EPM (EPBCS is a must) Also, must have knowledge on business rules, forms, calculation scripts, along with exposure to data management or data exchange in EPBCS Experience with Dimensions and cubes. Connection setups between source, OIC and local cloud. Smartview knowledge is required. Able to work on/trouble shoot issues with integrations to Fusion, OIC and other EPM modules (e.g., EDMCS) Work collaboratively to review, test and release monthly patches for EPM Experience working with Project delivery tools like Azure DevOps Have the appetite and willingness to learn other modules in EPM or Oracle Fusion Good communication skills in English with ability to drive conversations with Finance stakeholders to clearly identify requirements. Ability to clearly demonstrate solutions to stakeholders. Collaboratively work with Team and Stakeholders to drive positive results. Knowledge in Finance operations (either through working in core Finance or in Finance Systems) OR Finance qualification Good problem-solving skills to enable resolving BAU issues. Oracle Fusion experience in GL optional EDMCS: 1. Knowledge and experience on configuring views and its related data chains. 2. Knowledge on external application connection set up, properties, roles, and permissions. 3. Exposure on migration between production and non-prod environments 4. Should have good knowledge on subscriptions, export process, and request activity within EDMCS. 5. Must have knowledge of working on Oracle monthly release. 6. Should have experience with meta data, i.e. dimensions. 7. Knowledge on EPM Automate. Good To have ARCS: 1. Must have knowledge on Reconciliation compliance and Balance comparison methods. 2. Should have end to end knowledge of Reconciliation process. 3. Experience with roles and permissions 4. Experience with migration between production and non-prod environments 5. Must have knowledge of working on Oracle monthly release. 6. Must have exposure with data management or data exchange in ARCS 7. Knowledge on application configuration, profiles period etc..
