Program Overview & Responsibilities Participate in a comprehensive six-month training and mentorship program. Shadow and support a Key Account Manager in daily operations, including sales and order processing. Create outbound inquiries by actively working on leads and converting them into potential prospects. Source raw materials, perform cost calculations, and prepare competitive pricing quotes for customers. Collaborate with the Regulatory team to manage and process customer documentation requests. Coordinate order preparation and work closely with Customer Service to set expectations and provide timely customer updates. Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and identify opportunities to leverage market fluctuations. Make outbound sales calls to re-engage dormant accounts and develop new business opportunities. Build specialized expertise in selected industry verticals. Junior Trader – Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree (required). 1–2 years of relevant business experience (internship or full-time). Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and professional messaging. Exceptional time management skills and a strong focus on customer service and detail. Highly motivated, with a strong drive to succeed and contribute to business growth.
