Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination (fresher with relevant internship experience can also apply). Knowledge of recruitment platforms, job portals, and applicant tracking systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
