This will include developing a local O&M company from scratch to full operations, developing and leading a passionate and performance driven team, steering quality, performance and customer satisfaction as well as ensuring economic success in India Responsibilities: Technicians who are given EPIC (Engineering Possession In-charge) and power block training and competency are authorized to take PTW/Power block from the control centers. All technicians should have requisite competency to enable them working independently. Every technician should be conversant with the safety rules pertaining to his work and be capable of independently attending to minor repairs and adjustment work on PST equipment’s. For this purpose, he is always required to carry his toolbox, communication equipment, other equipment as required for cleaning, measuring, lighting, safety equipment (such as discharge Rods), ladder etc. with him. A technician should look for the common types of defects in PST system when they are deputed for patrolling duty and report defects noticed during such patrolling to their JEs.
