As a Peoplesoft Techno-Functional professional, you will be based in Noida and should ideally possess 5-7 years of experience in PeopleSoft implementation projects in a technical consulting capacity. Your skill set should encompass a range of PeopleSoft Techno-Functional competencies, including proficiency in People Code, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interface, Integration Broker, File Layout, XML Publisher, Application Package, AWE, Excel to CI, Fluid Development, and familiarity with PS HCM functionalities such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Absence, Time and Labor, Core HR, and Security. Additionally, knowledge of Absence Management configuration and processing procedures, as well as exposure to the Time & Labor module, would be advantageous. While not mandatory, experience with Core HR and E-performance modules would be beneficial. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in People Code, Application Engine Fluid page, Integration Broker, PS Query, BI Publisher, SQR, Component Interface, and Excel to CI.
