As an experienced professional in export-import operations within the Automobile or Manufacturing Industries, you will be responsible for managing export-import documentation to ensure compliance with regulations. Your role will involve coordinating logistics to facilitate timely and cost-effective shipment processes. You will also handle customs compliance, staying updated on regulations to ensure smooth operations. In this position, you will be expected to optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and achieve cost savings. Monitoring and managing risks associated with international trade will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers will also be a key part of your role. Your expertise should include a good understanding of EPCG license, ECGC license, advance license, and bank knock-up documentation. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and have 1-5 years of hands-on experience in EXIM operations. In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping practices is essential, along with proficiency in EXIM documentation software and MS Office. Strong communication and negotiation skills will be valuable assets in this role.
