We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in the EPC industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth through on-site sales efforts. This role demands excellent communication skills, technical understanding, and the flexibility to work across various EPC domains like fire safety, electrical, mechanical, civil, and infrastructure projects. Job Description:- Identify and approach potential clients in target EPC segments Conduct field visits to construction sites, offices, and industrial facilities Promote company products/services to engineers, contractors, architects, and project managers Understand project requirements and propose suitable solutions from the companys offerings Generate and follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and quotations Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and stakeholders Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business Coordinate with the internal technical and project teams for smooth order execution Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and update CRM system Attend industry events, expos, and networking meets to generate leads Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field 1–3 years of field sales experience in any EPC or project-based industry (freshers with strong communication & technical interest can be considered) Strong understanding of technical sales in industrial or construction environments Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to work across different EPC segments Familiarity with project lifecycle and B2B sales will be an advantage
