As the Head of Projects at Ayussha, you will play a crucial role in leading the end-to-end execution of a new concrete plant in Maharashtra. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the planning, design coordination, construction management, compliance, and timely delivery of the project within budget. Your experience in industrial project execution, particularly in the cement, concrete, or construction materials sector, will be instrumental in the success of this project. Your key responsibilities will include developing the Master Project Plan and Work Breakdown Structure, coordinating with consultants for detailed design finalization, managing project budgets and costs, and overseeing the complete execution lifecycle. You will also be responsible for vendor and contractor management, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building and leading a multidisciplinary project team. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, along with 12-18 years of experience in industrial project execution. Your strong understanding of industrial construction, project management methodologies, and compliance norms will be essential. Proficiency in using project management software such as Primavera or MS Project is required, along with knowledge of ISO, EHS, and factory compliance standards. Key competencies for this role include a strategic and execution-focused mindset, excellent leadership and team management skills, strong negotiation and vendor management capability, high attention to detail, and effective communication and stakeholder alignment. Experience in setting up a factory in Maharashtra will be an added advantage.
