Job Overview: Supervision, monitoring, planning and execution of 220 KV EHV transmission line works for a greenfield wind project at Maharashtra, ensuring best of health and safety standards, Quality Assurance throughout the project execution until commissioning in a tight time schedule . Key tasks & Responsibilities: Responsible for Construction & Project management for greenfield EHV line construction within a defined budget and timeline , Role includes the micro-management EPC contractors / sub-contractors / developer for RTU or 3rd party activities relating to site implementation, and project commissioning. EHV line and Grid SS connection interface: Supervision, monitoring, planning and construction, ensuring best of health and safety standards, Quality Assurance throughout the project construction from concept to commissioning. Meeting Constriction deliverables as per agreed timelines, budgeted cost maintaining best of Safety and Quality standards. Drive communications with the project and construction team, permit teams and other stakeholders which include project review meetings, presentations to the management, at-site meetings, etc. Maintain and periodically review knowledge sharing and lessons learnt register Solving Right of way issues Keeping good relationship with the vendors/ stakeholders e.g. Govt Agencies/ Administration. Health, Safety and Environment: Provide leadership and manage site incidents / hazards investigations and communicate findings to HQ Project Management and Function Management team. Provide H&S leadership to Contractors / Sub-contractors and 3rd party teams to ensure execution risks and mitigations are identified and suitable mitigations are in place. Manage day-to-day HSE performance of all site personnel during execution activities to ensure leading indicators are achieved. Essential Qualifications & Education: Electrical Engineering Graduate Ability to develop robust execution procedures and deliver aligned to EHV Construction Improvement Plan. Operate in a professionally ethical way. Have good rapport with the government agencies in Maharashtra Experience: 15+ years in 132KV / 220 KV EHV line construction, executed minimum 3 EHV line (ISTS / STU ) construction from concept to commissioning in India with a line length of 30 50 Kms . Have handled a project of EHV line in the State of Maharashtra Understanding & speaking Matathi language
