The Business Development Manager will lead efforts to identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the solar energy sector, particularly in Solar EPC projects. The role requires strong knowledge of the renewable energy market, client relationship management, and the ability to oversee business development strategies from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Research and Strategy Development: Analyze and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the solar EPC sector. Develop strategies to enter new markets and increase market share in existing ones. Identify opportunities for new business and partnerships in the solar energy industry. 2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, project developers, and government agencies. Ensure all business activities comply with legal and regulatory standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification in project management or renewable energy is preferred. 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or project management in the solar or renewable energy industry. Strong understanding of solar EPC project lifecycles and business models. Proven track record of securing large-scale projects and achieving revenue targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
