Job Description Utilize and maintain John Crane project management methods, standards, and processes throughout the project lifecycle. Develop schedules for all project phases and implement the agreed WBS structure to maintain control. Coordinate, monitor, and report on internal (Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement) and external (Suppliers, Customers) schedules. Highlight critical path activities and other constraints within project schedules. Analyze progress to detect deviations and escalate issues or potential problem areas. Prepare contingency and mitigation plans and associated schedules as necessary. Create and maintain a Master Document Register (MDR) per John Crane and client requirements. Review documents/drawings for quality and completeness against John Crane and customer specifications. Ensure the quality and accuracy of overall project schedules. Control and record all documentation transmittals using appropriate tools and processes. Monitor the document/drawing approval cycle to ensure approvals as per the project schedule. Support key project management processes, including handover and kick-off meetings, order management, risk management, and cost management. Facilitate effective communication mechanisms among cross-functional team members. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the John Crane Project Management framework. Lead and support delivering medium and small projects, ensuring successful outcomes. Support the training and development of team members, including junior engineers and documentation staff. Qualifications Experience 5 - 8 years Technical Skills BE (Mechanical) Relevant engineering experience in project management, order execution or similar roles. Preferably experienced in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, EPC, OEM, or other project-driven environments. Knowledge of API plans for pump seal systems, lube oil consoles, or oil lubricating systems is an advantage. People Skills: Stakeholder management and well versed with communication with senior management Key relationships: Managing the internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, customers and suppliers as appropriate.

Job Description Job Purpose: Lead and coordinate dedicated project teams in the delivery of SR1 projects, including sales, engineering, procurement, quality, Project/EPC, Customer/OEM, and others. Responsibilities: Fulfilment of customer contracts (deadlines, costs, objectives) , monitor project budgets closely Creating and maintaining detailed execution schedules for each of the major projects that are your portfolio. Agreeing communication channels with the customer in relation to the different Project aspects. Managing timely & effective communication with the regional Stakeholders to assure effective coordination. In conjunction with the local First Fit sales organization, regularly communicate with the involved EPC/OEM and keep constant and updated communication with their various senior level project management. Attending clarification / kick-off meetings etc., and prepare and distribute relevant activity reports Resolution of any conflict between the pre-engineered agreement and the contractor or OEM standard specification. Discussing and resolving any technical or commercial conflicts which may arise at any stage. Work with global and local procurement to ensure that any pre-procurement of long lead items is performed, inventory is maintained and managed, suppliers are performing to expectations, etc. In-conjunction with manufacturing operations ensures that the project is completed in line with agreed customer schedule and to budget. Develop and execute solutions when issues arise that might jeopardize either of these objectives. Record project milestones and maintaining records of project correspondence and produce project close out summaries including cost analysis. Manage customer change requests to ensure optimal solution for successful project delivery. Lead frequent team calls to support project execution. Provide monthly reports on project status. Other project delivery initiative tasks as assigned. Qualifications Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Degree educated in a technical discipline. Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering preferred. 10-13 years experience in Oil and Gas / Petrochemical projects business with at least 5 years working as a Project / Contract Manager. Ability to achieve the agreed goals & objectives through a constant focus on a set of priorities. Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills, both verbal and written. Commercially very astute with a proper understanding of basic finance. Strong facilitation skills, experience operating in a matrix environment to find solutions and compromises under time pressure. Good knowledge of Microsoft suite of products including MS Project. Preferred experience with Project Lifecycle Management tools (e.g., Teamcenter). Must be able to read, interpret, and explain complex project specifications and drawings. Strong level of cultural awareness and capability to adopt behavior accordingly. Fluent in English. Travel up to 15%.
