Job Description Responsible for Project Planning & Coordinate with all departments and provide support to Site team for Installation, Commissioning of Solar Power Project. Managing and execution of EPC Electrical Solar DC/AC Projects from Design / Engineering Phase till Complete Close Out. Accountable for project on-time delivery, quality compliance, cost planning and control, project margin delivery and expansion, project close out and customer satisfaction for the project cycle. Single point contact for Customer and Internal Management for the project deliverables. Finalizing the Project management plan and finalize the execution strategy of the project. Project Management cost analysis, cost break up planning, monitoring and control. Accountable for the project costing sheet with project cost. Ensuring contractual documentation and communication to customer on issues related to project scope, time, cost, and quality. Sub-Contractor management- Planning of sub-contracting strategy, Identification of Subcontractor for execution of works, Assessing the capabilities, Negotiating and finalizing the terms & conditions and scope matrix with contractors in line with the cost, time and quality requirements of the project, Monitoring and control of sub-contractor deliverables in line with the project requirement.

The incumbent must have extensive experience in the design and analysis of offshore structures, including jackets, topsides, and other fixed platforms . Proficiency in structural analysis software such as StaadPro, SACS, and Ansys is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Perform structural analysis and design for offshore structures, including jackets, topsides, and other fixed platforms. Conduct strength, fatigue, and stability analyses for offshore structures in compliance with industry standards (API, DNV, ISO, etc.). Utilize software tools such as StaadPro, SACS, and Ansys for modeling, simulation, and structural verification. Prepare design reports, technical documentation, and specifications for offshore projects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including naval architects, pipeline engineers, and project managers, to ensure integrated solutions. Provide technical support during fabrication, installation, and inspection phases. Ensure designs adhere to project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Participate in technical reviews and risk assessments. Provide engineering support for modifications, upgrades, and life-extension assessments of existing offshore structures Qualifications, Experience & Skills Graduate in Engineering or equivalent in Mechanical, Civil, Marine Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in offshore structural engineering. Proficiency in StaadPro, SACS, and Ansys for structural analysis and design. Understanding of fabrication, welding, and offshore installation methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Experience working on EPC projects and liaising with clients and third-party verification bodies is a plus. Show more Show less
