This includes managing teams, coordinating contractors, ensuring safety, and aligning with design, budget, and schedule requirements. The role demands strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, grid interconnections, and energy storage technology. Key Responsibilities: Project Execution & Management Lead and supervise all electrical construction activities for BESS projects from site preparation to commissioning. Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and SCADA teams to ensure seamless integration. Review and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, wiring schematics, and system layouts.
