Key Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering (Master’s in Business Administration preferred). 12–18 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with at least 6–8 years in a leadership role in Solar EPC. Proven track record of executing MW-scale rooftop and ground-mounted projects . Understanding of PV technologies, site engineering, PVSyst, safety codes, and grid synchronization.
