EPC Engineers Pvt Ltd, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Structural Steel Engineer with a strong knowledge of STAAD PRO Standards to join our team. We're expanding our Engineering Skill Development Division and looking for passionate Civil Engineering professionals who can train the next generation. Role & Responsibilities: Conduct Online and Offline training for: AutoCAD 2D & 3D (Civil Applications) STAAD PRO (Civil Applications) Estimation & BOQ preparation Site Safety practices (based on IS codes and real-world SOPs) Provide hands-on exercises , assignments, and real project case studies Guide students in practical understanding and basic industry readiness Assess student performance and provide improvement feedback Assist with demo sessions , if needed ✅ Eligibility Criteria: B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred with site experience) 2–5 years of practical experience in any/all of the following: AutoCAD Civil Drafting Site Estimation & Tender BOQs Site Supervision with Safety Implementation Prior teaching or mentoring experience is an advantage Must be able to communicate concepts clearly and engage with students Compensation: ₹400 – ₹800 per session (Depending on topic, experience & student feedback) Additional incentive for handling multiple modules.
