The position leads the business process mapping, requirements-gathering, and functional design necessary to configure SAP business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological needs for SAP Source to Pay within S/4 Hana. This position also leads and/or executes the testing business processes to confirm the procedure, and solutions meet requirements while assisting with resolving any identified defects. In this position, you will be involved in process improvements that leverage Prolec GE Waukesha’s SAP ERP system and other integrated systems. This position will participate in system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and training activities, all aimed at business process and system optimization. Since most initiatives in other areas of the business have financial implications, you will need to understand the importance of integration in areas such as Order to Cash (OTC), Plan to Produce (PTP), and Record to Report (RTR) Responsibilities: · Primary responsibility for reviewing SAP business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological needs for SAP Source to Pay within S/4 Hana. · Lead and/or assist in STP system implementations across the full SDLC lifecycle, including functional and technical requirements, solutions design, interface and system build, testing cycles, training and deployment. · Gather requirements to analyze, design and or implement technology best practice business changes to technology with business strategy and goals · Adapt existing models and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems · Providing application administrative support within SAP STP including interfaces · Partnering with business stakeholders, management to provide a vision for new and supported initiatives. · Managing an application portfolio and associated projects · Address the various needs, concerns, expectations of stakeholder groups in planning and executing projects, meeting project requirements, and creating project deliverables. · Balancing competing project constraints including but not limited to scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risks to accommodate the needs of each user/customer. Requirements: · Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as functional analyst in SAP ECC systems or 3 years related field experience for Source to Pay processes · Core skill as SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) including purchasing as well as inventory · Experience in running requirement gathering workshops and design workshops related to a project · Minimum of 2 Full Life Cycle Implementations in ECC or S4 HANA supporting planning modules. · Knowledge of system configuration, business process design, Controls, and MDM. Application testing, and incident handling procedures. · Experience in System Integration projects is mandatory. · Strong organizational skills, with the ability to self-motivate and successfully work on multiple projects.
