As an IP Phone Technician or EPABX at our Trivandrum based Telecommunication, Security & Surveillance, and Home automation company, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of Electronic Private Automatic Branch Exchanges (EPABX) systems. Your responsibilities will include setting up and configuring new EPABX systems, conducting regular maintenance checks, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, adjusting system configurations to meet customer needs, troubleshooting problems, providing technical training to customers, and maintaining detailed documentation of all activities related to the EPABX systems. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong technical knowledge of EPABX systems, including analog, digital, and IP-based technology. Your problem-solving skills will be essential in efficiently diagnosing and resolving technical issues, while your excellent communication abilities will enable you to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. Proficiency in troubleshooting using diagnostic tools, experience in installation and configuration of EPABX systems, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service are also key qualifications required for this position.
