Work from Office
Handle front desk operations, including attending and transferring calls via the EPABX system. Manage travel bookings, including train, bus, and cab arrangements. Greet and attend to visitors, offering them refreshments. Oversee inward/outward dispatch and courier management. Manage inventory of office supplies. Sorting and distributing mail. Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards across the office. Keep various records/registers, both manually and electronically. Assist with administrative tasks as assigned. Supervise housekeeping and security staff to ensure proper office upkeep. Conduct regular office rounds to identify and report any administrative issues Proficiency in handling front desk and admin activities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Good telephone etiquette and a presentable appearance. Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
