Role & responsibilities Complying to the conditions laid down in the Consent for Establishment (CFE), Consent for Operation (CFO) from KSPCB and Environmental Clearance (EC) from Dept. Of Forest, Ecology & Environment, Govt. Of Karnataka & Ministry of Environment & Forests, MoEFCC, Govt. of India Environmental Monitoring for air, water & noise etc., as per the Consent for operation (CFO) From KSPCB and Maintaining KSPCB Lab analysis reports. Surrounding Village Air & water Samples collecting and send to lab for testing monthly. (KSPCB) Submitting Hazardous waste returns & Environment statement to KSPCB. Monthly returns, quarterly returns, half yearly returns, annual returns, submission to KSPCB and MoEFCC. Preparation of CFE & CFO applications, submitting at KSPCB. Regular site visit and informing any abnormalities of pollution to the respective departments in terms of AIR, Water, Noise, Solid/Hazardous waste etc. Operation, Maintenance of Online Air quality monitoring system (AAQMS). Operation, Maintenance of Online Chimney emission monitoring system (CEMS). Operation & Data storage of Weather Station and with the use of data, prepare the month/year wise wind rose diagram. Documentation maintaining of Environmental related Inward, Outward, KSPCB, MOEF, and Environment-Ecology& Forest. Monthly cross verifying the reports to be submitted to KSPCB, MOEFCC and BMM Website before submission. Communicating with departments on daily basis to the operation persons, mechanical persons and environmental auditing. Being a coordinator for EOHS, carryout all activities with regards to the same. Keeping the monitoring records for bill certification. Trains employees in horticultural techniques, such as transplanting and weeding, shearing and harvesting trees, and grading and packing flowers. Planning the work to be executed and daily man power allotment accordingly. Keep watch on activities by workmen's duty timings, resource optimization, utilization of resources etc. Tracking sustainability and preparing sustainability report quarterly, half yearly and yearly. Water audit in departments. Waste audit & Preparation of audit report. Any other activities as assigned by management. Perks and benefits As per company norms
