Role & responsibilities Automation Engineer (Robotic and PLC) Experience in Programming, teaching and troubleshooting of Fanuc, Universal and ABB Robots Experience with Robot I/O communication setup and PLC communication. Knowledge of selection of Grippers and basic mechanical design (Pallet, EOAT) Knowledge of PLC programming (Omron, Siemens and Delta). Develop and Implement PLC program for various industrial automation applications using industry standard programming languages (Ladder logic). Design and develop HMI system to interact with PLCs. Proficiency in Electrical Wiring and Mechanical troubleshooting. Skilled in Programming for operator safety, productivity/output and reducing cycle time. Preferred candidate profile B.E/B.
