This role demands a strong understanding of market trends, emerging technologies, and customer requirements. The incumbent will play a critical role in aligning product innovation with cost optimization and quality assurance across the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: New Product Development: Lead the end-to-end R&D lifecycle for LED TV products, from concept to commercialization, in alignment with customer requirements and market needs. Innovation & Technology Integration: Identify and integrate emerging technologies and innovations into product design and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, performance, and user experience. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of global LED TV trends, competitor benchmarks, and product launches to ensure our offerings remain ahead of the curve. Support to Production: Provide technical and design support to on-floor production teams to ensure seamless product rollouts and resolve any technical bottlenecks. Manufacturing Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes, reduce cycle time, and drive cost reductions without compromising on quality. Customer Collaboration: Work closely with clients/OEMs for new product co-development, product customizations, and technical presentations during pre-sales and development phases. Product Testing & Reliability: Oversee product validation processes including reliability testing, quality benchmarking, and compliance with national/international standards. Role & responsibilities 1. Test Execution: Conduct functional, performance, environmental, and mechanical tests for IoT products. Perform manual and automated testing for hardware and software components. Set up and manage test equipment and environments as per the validation plan. 2. Documentation & Reporting: Record and analyze test results, highlighting issues and potential improvements. Prepare detailed test reports for internal and external stakeholders. 3. Defect Identification & Resolution: Identify, replicate, and document defects during testing. Collaborate with product development teams to resolve identified issues. 4. Field Testing: Assist in real-world field tests to validate product performance under actual use conditions. Collect and analyze field test data to support product validation. 5.
