UBS is looking for an ESG Data and Reporting Lead to join the Data Center Infrastructure Sustainability Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in defining the environmental sustainability data strategy and reporting processes for Technology Services. Your responsibilities will include formulating ESG data collection strategies, developing key initiatives, and managing reporting requirements to support sustainability goals. You will also serve as the technical expert across ESG for the TS function. Key Responsibilities: - Formulate Technology Services ESG data collection, strategy, and reporting, including rationalization and enhancement of data feeds. - Develop programs to identify key initiatives, potential savings, and perform post-implementation analysis. - Coordinate with Group Corporate Service (GCS) on data reporting requirements. - Coordinate input for Technology Services elements within the UBS Sustainability Report. - Manage and coordinate Technology Services input for reporting frameworks such as CDP, DJSI, ISO14001, ISO50001, SECR, ESRS, etc. - Maintain a deep understanding of carbon and ESG reporting standards. - Validate bills related to sustainability initiatives. - Support the risk process, including model development for ESG risk identification and management. Your team will be based in the Data Center Services, Data Center Infrastructure (DCI) Sustainability Team, responsible for driving the ESG data collection, strategy, and reporting. Requirements: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in ESG data management, environmental reporting, or related fields. - Extensive knowledge of ESG reporting standards such as CDP, DJSI, ISO14001, ISO50001, SECR, ESRS, etc. - Proven track record in developing and managing data collection and reporting strategies. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. - Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external regulatory bodies. - Advanced degree in environmental science, sustainability, data management, or related fields preferred. Required Qualifications Experience leading environmental teams in air, water, and/or waste reporting. Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental reporting, compliance, or permitting in the oil and gas industry, refinery, or manufacturing facility.
