As an Urban Designer at our Advisory Service Line, you will play a crucial role in managing large-scale developments for prestigious clients in the region. Your focus will be on early stages of development, feasibility, design, planning, and post-delivery evaluations to optimize urban and real estate ventures. With your expertise in engineering, architecture, and technology, you will contribute to shaping the future of urban spaces and infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include developing zoning lot sheets, site layouts, and 3D parametric visualizations using Rhino/Grasshopper and Revit. You will conduct land use/landcover and site suitability analysis using GIS tools, as well as model environmental overlays like heat islands and ecosystem sensitivity. Integrating GIS data into zoning and design deliverables, you will support feasibility planning by mapping opportunities and constraints at RIBA Stage 01. Your role will also involve producing graphics and maps for presentations and reports across planning and environmental aspects. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience in urban design, architecture, or GIS-based environmental planning. Proficiency in Rhino, Revit, ArcGIS/QGIS, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. A strong understanding of zoning, urban codes, and site feasibility assessments is required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Design with GIS/environmental training would be advantageous.,
