This position reports to the and is part of the SCIEX's located in and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• • The role involves ensuring adherence to compliance(s) with all applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations
  • The role requires proactively identifying potential workplace hazards and implementing effective corrective actions to mitigate risks
  • The role involves maintaining and regularly updating the internal EHS tracking platform, Benchmark Gensuite, specifically for chemical and material purchases related to demo lab activities
  • focused on developing and delivering comprehensive EHS training programs, including onboarding sessions, refresher courses, and specialized training modules
• • Managing the end-to-end process of inventory ordering (Purchase Order) and control, ensuring timely procurement of required materials and chemicals for laboratory and operational needs
  • Responsible for timely renewal of AMCs and/or CMCs for UPS PACs Air Compressors and Gas Generator, etc
• • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of SCIEX LC-MS/MS instruments allocated for demo lab activities, including those deployed at customer sites for demonstrations
  • Tracking inventory movement, usage history, and location status, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with internal asset management protocols

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Knowledge of EHS management systems and standards & ability to prepare and maintain detailed safety and compliance documentation.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in EHS coordination and facility management.
