Role & responsibilities Maintenance Oversight • Supervise all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and civil maintenance activities. • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed for all hotel systems, including HVAC, elevators, fire alarms, plumbing, and lighting. 2.
