The primary purpose of this role is to assist SH HR (Recruitment & rewards) in acquiring talent for timely replacements or new positions, coordinating the Annual Compensation Review exercise, extending benefits to employees as per Policy, and ensuring the availability of motivated manpower for smooth operations. Dhar Cement Works, an integrated cement plant with modern technology and an installed capacity of 6 MTPA, faces the challenge of meeting manpower requirements due to organic/inorganic growth. The key challenges include hiring manpower within budget, reducing recruitment costs, timely completion of the ACR exercise, hiring Graduate Apprentices as per the Apprentice Act, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new employees while enhancing their morale. Key Result Areas: 1. Recruitment: - Coordinating preliminary screening, interviews, reference checks, and salary negotiations for applicants. - Preparing offers and facilitating smooth onboarding for selected candidates. 2. Performance Management System: - Coordinating Self Evaluation and Manager Evaluation processes in a timely manner. - Assisting in the normalization process as per guidelines. 3. Management Information System: - Ensuring timely submission of HR/Manpower MIS and department provisions. - Updating Joining/Exit details for concerned stakeholders promptly. 4. Timely Updation of WFA and Position Management: - Compiling employee data in BHR formats/templates and submitting to the Core Poornata Team. - Updating employee data and coordinating necessary changes. - Punching employee data in Poornata for new joinings or transfers. 5. SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) along with Sustainability initiatives: - Ensuring 100% compliance with safety standards and recommendations. - Conducting safety training, Tool Box Talks, and maintaining adherence to safety guidelines. - Promoting sustainability practices and raising awareness among employees. 6. System Management: - Implementing improvement projects to reduce problems and losses. - Active participation in meetings for innovation and productivity improvements. - Ensuring compliance with IMS and other systems requirements during audits. In summary, the role requires effective coordination in recruitment, performance management, MIS reporting, WFA and Position Management, safety initiatives, and system management to support the smooth functioning of Dhar Cement Works.,
