Qualification: You should hold a Master's degree in Environment Science or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. You must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Environment impact assessment, Environmental clearances, and obtaining consent from state pollution control boards. Language Proficiency: You are required to be proficient in English, Kannada, and Hindi. Location: The position is based in Bangalore. Responsibilities under project management: As part of project management, your responsibilities will include coordinating Environment Impact Assessments and Environmental Clearances. You will act as an EIA-EC coordinator and provide expertise in areas such as Air Pollution, Energy Balance, Air Quality, Water Pollution, and Solid Hazardous Waste. Additionally, you will be responsible for project coordination with clients, state pollution control boards, and environmental authorities. Site visits for data collection, monitoring, and client meetings will be part of your duties. You will also prepare Terms of Reference (ToR) and Environmental Clearance (EC) applications, compile EIA reports, and make presentations to regulatory bodies for public hearings. Attending expert appraisal meetings and ensuring coordination with relevant authorities for approvals and report submissions will also be required. Responsibilities under business, marketing, and stakeholder management: For business and marketing roles, a qualification in MBA with a specialization in Marketing, Operations, or Finance is preferred but not mandatory. Your tasks will involve building strong industry relationships, promoting services, and expertise outreach. You will also be expected to participate in industry events, conduct market analysis, and contribute to business development in existing and new sectors. Additionally, you will assist in tender participation, handle client communication, and manage documentation.
