Environment Management Shift Incharge

As an experienced Environment Operations & Management -Shift Incharge at Syngene International Ltd., your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Following all safety precautions and adhering to EHSS policies - Contributing to the development of procedures, practices, and systems to ensure safe operations and compliance with the company's integrity and quality standards - Driving a corporate culture that promotes an environment, Health, and safety (EHS) mindset and operational discipline at the workplace - Ensuring completion of all assigned mandatory training related to data integrity, health, and safety measures on time - Ensuring personal and team compliance with Syngene's quality standards and SOPs - Ensuring smooth operation of ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) - Conducting all laboratory testing as per SOP and operational requirements - Coordinating with cross-functional departments for smooth plant operations - Maintaining stock and consumption records of ETP and lab consumable chemicals - Updating daily operational data and preparing MIS of Environment management - Providing training for operators and casual employees on plant activities - Maintaining updated records of ISO - Ensuring the collection/storage/disposal of waste as per procedures - Actively participating in cost-saving programs, implementing Kaizens, and seeking improvement - Providing valuable inputs to achieve excellence in organizational Environmental Management Systems - Assisting in Wastewater reduction activities - Preparing Waste Cards for products - Managing water and stormwater - Handling general documentation of EHSS In addition, you will be expected to adhere to the systems and policies of the company with dedication to work and a result-oriented approach during the execution of work. A self-driven individual with team coordination skills will be required for this role.
