You are a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant (Paid Caregiver) at Thiruvananthapuram, responsible for providing direct support to patients in the In-Patient Unit at Pallium India. Your role involves assisting patients with daily living activities, emotional needs, and medical assistance. You will collaborate closely with nurses, doctors, and support staff to ensure holistic care for patients. Your key responsibilities include assisting patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility. You will administer medications, support medical procedures, and provide emotional companionship to patients. Additionally, you will accompany patients to external medical appointments and maintain a clean and safe patient environment. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 10th standard qualification, the ability to read and write in Malayalam, and understand basic English. You should be physically fit to support and care for patients, maintain a professional and respectful attitude, and be adaptable to shift-based work.
