Close coordination with other department like admin and HR, department in regards with the new joinee on boarding, trainings programs etc. Harmonized and good coordination with user department i.e., Production, QC, R&D, Admin department to smoothen the ongoing process as well as day to day operations. Review and suggestions in existing policies and procedures Identify process bottlenecks and offer timely solutions. Prepare and present respective reports. Help in the implementation of projects including agricultural incomes enhancement, medicinal plants. Contribute on the overall annual plan and tracking achievements on a fortnightly basis. Thematic input: Provide technical input for the project. Required Candidate profile Masters degree with experience in NRM sector. Experience: A minimum of seven years in the development sector.
