Environment Engineer

As an employee-owned business, Mott MacDonald invests in creating a safe and empowering space for all its employees, providing them with the necessary tools and support to excel in their roles. - **Key Responsibilities:** - Update the investment program's Environmental Assessment and Review Framework (EARF) as required. - Update the Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) and Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for the project. - Prepare IEEs and EMPs for project components. - Supervise the implementation of the EMP. - Prepare monitoring reports on the final EMP and communicate with stakeholders, including ADB, regarding project progress and compliance with environmental protection standards. - Prepare semi-annual safeguards compliance reports. - Support the Implementation Assistance Specialist (IAS) in preparing periodic financing requests for project components. - **Minimum Qualifications:** - Graduate degree in a relevant science subject. - **Experience Requirements:** - General Work Experience: More than 7 years. - Specific Experience: At least 7 years of experience in road or large-scale infrastructure projects. - **Skills & Competencies:** - Strong understanding of environmental safeguards and compliance standards. - Ability to prepare and review environmental documentation. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
