Entrata software support specialist

You will be joining Advanced Asset Management as an Entrata Software Support Specialist in Pune. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer and technical support, resolving software issues and analyzing data to address client concerns. Your daily tasks will involve handling software-related inquiries, performing system diagnostics, and ensuring clients effectively utilize Entrata software to its full potential. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent organization skills, strong customer support and technical support abilities, proficiency in analytical skills and troubleshooting, as well as experience in software support. Your problem-solving capabilities and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills will be key assets in this position. While a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, prior experience with Entrata software is considered advantageous. Furthermore, your ability to work on-site in Pune and collaborate effectively with diverse teams will contribute to your success in this role.,
