Position: Deputy Manager - Quality Control Location: Navi Mumbai Experience: 10 to 12 years in Quality Control / Quality Assurance (preferably in manufacturing/engineering sector) Qualification: B.E. (Electronics or Mechanical) CTC: 10 to 13 LPA Age: 30 to 35 years Gender: Male / Female Key Responsibilities: Drive and oversee entire QC function including incoming, in-process, and final inspections across multiple product lines. Lead root cause analysis for rejections, reworks, and customer complaints , ensuring robust corrective and preventive actions. Develop, implement, and monitor quality plans, inspection procedures, and QC/QA policies in alignment with organizational goals. Manage a team of QC engineers, supervisors, and operators; set KPIs and monitor performance. Ensure effective use of QC tools, SPC, and MSA for process control and continuous improvement. Oversee calibration and maintenance of instruments, gauges, and measuring equipment . Prepare and present management review reports highlighting quality trends, improvement initiatives, and risk areas. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, audit requirements, and customer specifications . Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, R&D, Supply Chain) for product quality enhancement and defect prevention. Liaise with customers for quality approvals, audits, and resolution of technical queries. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Advanced knowledge of QC tools, SPC, MSA, and ISO systems. Excellent analytical skills for complex quality problem-solving. Proficiency in quality reporting and documentation.
