You should have at least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing. Additionally, you should possess 1+ years of experience in customer-facing or customer support roles. Knowledge of Azure Fundamentals and product knowledge related to unified communication applications such as Skype and Teams is required. Proficient English reading, writing, and speaking skills are essential. A strong customer focus is necessary, and you should be accountable for customer incidents from end to end. Understanding of Database concepts and experience in document database queries are expected. You should be experienced in troubleshooting web applications using web development tools. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are required, along with the ability to use various data collection tools to analyze problems, determine root causes, and develop solutions. A solid understanding of web-based technologies is essential. Experience in implementing and troubleshooting feed formats like XML and JSON, as well as knowledge of common web programming languages, is preferred. Fundamental communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders are necessary. Understanding of CMS architecture and coherences is also required. The ability to multitask, work autonomously, and deal with ambiguity is crucial. You should be willing to work in an office environment in a 24x7 setting. Nice to have/desired qualifications include Enterprise/Corporate working experience and experience with ADO (Azure Dev Ops).
