You will be part of the Technical Infrastructure and Security organization responsible for designing, building, and delivering key technologies globally, including Cyber Security, Firewalls, end user compute, compliance, servers, Containers, Storage & backup, Networking, Voice, service desk, and enterprise tools. The primary goal is to ensure that every WSI location, associate, and customer has the best experience possible utilizing the technical solutions provided. The purpose of the Technology Services department is to enhance the quality, resiliency, security, and scalability of the technology used by the business, peers, and development efforts. Customer success is paramount to the organization's success and delivering an exceptional customer experience. As part of this role, you will partner with various groups in multiple global locations to deliver on the objectives and key results driven and supported from the India office location. Your responsibility will be to ensure the cross-discipline team receives the same level of support as provided by our Brands in retail stores. This team delivers the hardware and software necessary to maintain the company's efficiency, effectiveness, and security, resolving end-user requests per service level objectives set through a balance of data and business needs. You will analyze and monitor the progress of your associates towards achieving project objectives and key results. Under your technical leadership, you will ensure deployment to standards, automate service delivery, complete capacity planning, and demonstrate efficient and cost-effective use of the infrastructure. Developing your staff through training and coaching is crucial, emphasizing the company's people-first corporate value. Reporting to the Vice President of Technology Solutions, you will be responsible for various tasks including keeping internal customers delighted with technical delivery, managing communication and workflow across multiple technology domains, ensuring teams execute on objectives and key results, maintaining daily operational SLOs, communicating with business partners, defending technical security posture, and making decisions on priority assignments based on data analysis and organizational goals. To be successful in this role, you should lead by example, drive an outcome/impact-based culture, be a team player with integrity, passion, and initiative, commit to self-development and mentoring, work effectively across the organization, bring new ideas for improvement, and drive positive change through repeatable process implementation. Your tasks will also involve creating and reviewing the organization's purpose, empowering the team to contribute to goals, recognizing teams and individuals for their work, listening to feedback, developing technical standards for end-user platforms, evaluating new technologies, working closely with outsourced teams, providing data-driven insights, working side by side with associates, and growing your team's technical capabilities. Ideally, you should have a minimum of 12+ years of technical support experience and managing multiple teams in large enterprise environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with project management and leadership capabilities. A degree in CS/EE/CE is preferred, and experience in software license management for a Fortune 500 enterprise is a plus.
