As an ETI Helpdesk Technician at EisnerAmper in Mumbai, your role is crucial in providing exceptional services to clients. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining computer hardware and software systems. - Be available on-call in a rotating schedule and answer support calls. - Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, escalating unresolved problems to senior technicians when necessary. - Monitor incident queue, adhere to defined ticket SLAs, and update ticket status accordingly. - Perform remote troubleshooting for computers and mobile devices. - Install and configure computer hardware and software, and conduct routine maintenance. - Follow technical procedures and processes diligently. - Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. - 2 to 4 years of experience in a Computer Technician or IT environment.
