Enterprise Operations Engineer II

Job Description

Responsibilities: Provides technical support and maintenance for Mastercard s operations environment with an emphasis on networking technologies Maintains services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health Identifies areas for program enhancements and provides potential improvements to management within the program environment Participates in testing, troubleshooting, resolving and documentation Assists with evolving systems through automation and improving reliability and efficiency Perform change tasks as assigned. May manage smaller project/initiatives as an experienced individual contributor with specialized knowledge within assigned discipline Experiences: Experience providing moderate to complex technical support and maintenance for networking technologies within the operations environment Experience identifying areas for operations enhancements and supporting implementation of optimization efforts Gains familiarity with using ITSM processes and best practices Actively participates in shift turnovers, interpreting escalated issues, and providing guidance on unresolved common issues
