Enterprise Finance Manager, India

Role Overview: As the Enterprise Sector Commercial Finance manager in the Area, you will partner closely with the Segment business leads for ITES, BFSI, and DN to be the Finance front-end specialist for the structure and economics of large deals. Your deep insights into all large deals will enable you to flag risks and opportunities in a timely manner. You will ensure high-quality submissions for Digital Win Room and deal-based investment requests for all large deals. Additionally, you will drive transformative initiatives within the Area. Key Responsibilities: - Be the Finance front-end specialist for deal insights and deal construct - Build strong, trusted relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure Commercial delivers on its finance and business accountabilities - Partner with Licensing/Business Desk to optimize deal structuring and closing, leading end-to-end assessment of deal/customer profitability - Provide industry analytics and Customer Potential insights to key stakeholders for assessing market opportunities and threats - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive conversations around Consumption and Customer Ads - Engage with Business Development Managers for key/strategic accounts - Ensure high-quality submissions for Digital Win Room and deal-based investment requests at the Area level - Own forecasting at the Area level and lead the financial ROB for the Enterprise business - Drive compliance in the Segment with a focus on Sales Deal Execution and Proactive Risk Management Qualifications: - 15 years of active experience in a similar role - 10-12 years of experience in finance positions - Cloud expertise, deal structuring knowledge, machine learning/bot experience, and advanced Excel skills preferred - Experience in Multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles recommended - Good compliance understanding/experience for deal structuring and execution - Fluent in English - BA/BS or MBA degree in Finance, Economics, CPA/CA preferred,
