Description
As the Enterprise Data Lead at OneAdvanced collaborating with hackajob for a role based in Bengaluru, India, your main responsibility will be leading a team of technicians, data engineers, and analysts within the Data Eco-System Team. You will work closely with Business Stakeholders from various departments to ensure operational excellence in data delivery. Reporting to the Head of CRM and Finance Applications, your key role will be to mature the data environment to meet the diverse demands on a small team. Key Responsibilities: - Delivering operational excellence in data delivery - Designing and operationalizing a scalable integrated data framework - Executing MDM strategies - Overseeing data cleansing and deduplication processes - Managing data integration, migration, and transformation - Creating insightful dashboards and reports - Engaging with stakeholders - Maintaining detailed documentation of data processes and governance policies Qualifications Required: - 10 to 15 years of experience in data engineering - Demonstrated team management skills - Excellent communication abilities - Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerBI, VBA, and Python - Strong knowledge of MDM frameworks and governance practices - Hands-on experience with integration tools - Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Science, Engineering, or related field Desirable Qualifications: - Understanding of data structures in Salesforce and NetSuite - Familiarity with lead-to-cash workflows - Experience with JIRA and ITSM platforms - Proficiency in tools like Boomi, Anaplan, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Snowflake OneAdvanced offers a supportive work environment with a focus on employee wellbeing, annual leave, Employee Assistance Programme, personal growth opportunities, life insurance, personal accident insurance, performance bonuses, and more.
