Role Overview: As an Enterprise Architect (Computer Vision) at HCLTech, your main responsibility will be to architect and design complex CV systems for various applications such as object detection, image classification, segmentation, and real-time inference. You will oversee the entire machine learning (ML) pipeline, including data acquisition, annotation, augmentation, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring. Your role will involve designing and implementing end-to-end workflows for maximizing production performance and ensuring real-time capabilities where required. Additionally, you will be responsible for selecting and integrating appropriate hardware (e.g., GPUs, edge devices) and software platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) for efficient CV processing. Your expertise in designing and deploying scalable and secure enterprise-level solutions will be crucial, along with a strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their application to CV workloads. You should also have a good understanding of DevOps practices and principles for CV applications, including CI/CD and MLOps.
