Proficiency in Java/J2EE, OOP/OOD, and SQL
Experience with Spring Boot, Ant, Maven, CI/CD, AWS/GCP/Azure, and Kubernetes/Docker
Familiarity with Microservices architecture
Knowledge of MongoDB, Cassandra, MySQL, Oracle, Weblogic App server, and Apache HTTP
Strong command of Unix commands
Desirable: Proficiency in Python scripting
Ability to perform weekly release activities and data reconciliation and audit tasks
Competence in handling data feeds, interfaces, and conducting Root Cause Analysis for Priority1/Priority2 incidents
Proficient in ticket management using SNOW for triage, prioritization, assignment, tracking, and closure
Experience in generating weekly and monthly reports
Competency in Problem Management, Incident quality, and Change Management processes
Willingness to provide 24x7 production support and participate in on-call rotations.
