Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an ENT Surgeon at Santosh Hospital located in Bengaluru. The ENT Surgeon will be responsible for diagnosing and treating conditions related to the ear, nose, and throat. Daily tasks include performing surgeries, providing post-operative care, collaborating with other medical professionals, and consulting with patients to develop treatment plans. The role requires working closely with the emergency and critical care units to manage ENT-related medical emergencies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in ENT Surgery and related procedures
• Experience in general Surgery
• Skills in collaborating with medical specialists in Orthopedic Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Ophthalmology
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
• Medical degree with specialization in ENT, and board certification
• Prior experience in a hospital setting is preferred
