Role Description

This full-time, on-site ENT Surgeon role is based in Bengaluru at Santosh Hospital. The ENT Surgeon will perform specialized surgical and medical procedures related to ear, nose, and throat care in both planned and emergency cases. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating conditions, conducting surgeries, collaborating with other specialists as needed, preparing treatment plans, and ensuring patient education. The ENT Surgeon will also work closely with critical care and pediatric units when needed as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ENT Surgery and related medical procedures
• Broad surgical expertise, with knowledge in Surgery and Orthopedic Surgery
• Familiarity with related disciplines such as Plastic Surgery and Ophthalmology
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with experience in handling emergencies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
• Medical degree and relevant specialization in ENT with applicable certifications
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a hospital or clinical environment
