As a customer service representative in a four-wheeler spares shop located in Ernakulam, your primary responsibilities will include attending to walk-in customers and providing them with the items they require. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Daily Perpetual inventory check is conducted regularly and accurately. Additionally, you will need to check and analyze the Parts Non Available Register, prioritizing the arrangement of parts accordingly. Maintaining cleanliness and proper arrangements in the shop's Retail Outlet (RO) area will be crucial. At the end of each day, you will be required to hand over the cash details to the accountant and send reports to the concerned manager. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in handling four-wheeler spares. A degree in any field is the minimum educational qualification required. An experience of 4 years specifically in dealing with spares is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary ranging from 15000 to 28000, depending on the candidate's experience. In addition to the salary, incentives will be provided. The work location for this role is on-site in Ernakulam.
