Catalyst Education is searching for a dynamic Business Development Manager (Marketing) to play a crucial role in driving business growth through lead generation, student enrolment, and strategic marketing efforts. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for conducting orientation classes, identifying and nurturing potential leads, and converting enquiries into successful enrolments. Your key responsibilities will include conducting engaging orientation classes to highlight the unique programs and services we offer. You will be expected to proactively generate potential leads and effectively convert them into enrolments. Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for student enquiries, providing detailed information to prospective students. Meeting performance standards and deadlines set by the company is essential, as is collaborating with internal teams to achieve collective business objectives. To excel in this role, you should bring proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be instrumental in building relationships and converting leads into enrolments. Strong capabilities in lead generation and conversion are crucial, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of marketing principles and practices will further bolster your success in this position. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift and morning shift schedule.
